Thanks for getting in touch. We wouldn’t know that the contact form wasn’t working if people didn’t report it, and we will pass the issue to the developers.

We generally hope that people won’t remove their old posts when they leave an employer as it is helpful for everyone in the community to see a full archive of conversations without missing bits, but of course it is your right to do that and I can sort that out for you. Would you also like to close your account, given it is linked to your school email address, or would you like to change the email address associated with the account?
