Thank you, Jenny. This is all really useful and I will definitely be listening to the TED talk. I would agree that I have seen the same problem with inquiry being linked to humanities and would have assumed that most librarians would too so it is really interesting to read that this is different in the States. I need to get my own head around this but I am sure that I will be able to include this in my inset presentation and be able to include both maths, science and language examples to engage those departments. I will share my presentation once it is done.
