I will be reviewing Global Action on School Library Education and Training (Schultz-Jones & Oberg, 2018) for the International Journal of Information, Diversity, & Inclusion. This is number 178 in the IFLA Publications series.
Schultz-Jones, B. A., & Oberg, D. (Eds.). (2018). Global Action on School Library Education and Training. Berlin: De Gruyter Saur.
I volunteered to review this book because the issue of school library education and training has already been raised – Teachers and Librarians Working Collaboratively: New Models of Professionalism – and needs further discussion and action. I will share my thoughts, and my review if possible, on the Forum.
We will look at creating a space for reviewing/ sharing thoughts on books relevant to inquiry.
